FAQ: Technology & Access

How do I access the curriculum after purchase?

Once you purchase Cactus Curricula, you’ll receive an email with your login details to our secure online platform. The mystery, Teacher’s Edition, Student Pages, labs, and printables are organized by week inside your account. You can log in from any device.

Do I need to be online to use it?

Yes. You’ll need an internet connection to log in and view your materials. You can print the student pages you need each week from the Print Center for offline use.

Is the content printable?

Yes. Each mystery includes a Print Center with all student pages for that week—such as evidence files, lab worksheets, and checklists—ready for you to print. Teacher materials are designed for online use to keep the curriculum organized and secure.

Can I share my login?

No. Your login provides access to the curriculum for your household (Solo Student Edition) or your approved group (Group Edition). Sharing your login outside of your household or licensed group is not permitted, as it compromises the security of the curriculum.

What if I lose my login or can’t access the materials?

If you forget your login, you can access your account with a one-time code emailed to you from the login page. Once inside your account, click your profile icon → Edit Profile → Set Password. If you still can’t access your materials, please contact us and we’ll help you regain access.

How do I log in after purchase?

After completing your purchase, you’ll receive an email with a link to create your account and set your password. Once your account is set up, you can log in at any time through our website to access your curriculum. If you don’t see the email within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder.

Do I need a specific device or software?

No, special software is required. You can access the curriculum from any device with an internet connection, including computers, tablets, and smartphones. For the best experience, we recommend using a larger screen (such as a laptop or desktop) when reading teacher materials or viewing evidence files. A PDF reader is needed if you choose to print student pages from the Print Center.
